We’re sure you will be over the moon with your socks. However, if there’s a problem then please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the socks, let us know the nature of your complaint and we’ll sort you out immediately. We will give you return instructions and hope to remedy any problems.
If you get your socks and just don’t like them (as if that will ever happen!), you have 4 weeks from receiving them to return them to the den. If the packaging is still intact you will receive a full refund. If you tried them on we will give you shop credit to the value of the socks, for you to spend on another item.
There is a return form on the site that you can print and fill in and send back with your socks.
